To post, or not to post. That is the question. Well, after much consideration I have decided to make the obligatory post on the LJ meet that was, in my humble opinion, my best LJ meet so far. (Not counting the evening I spent in April with the Bangalore boys!)

Our turnout was nice... the only person I had met previously was darling freegeek  and mayuresh, who I met after a year. 

code_martial, there was him and we were joined by first timers (for me obviously)  eddd , arthi , kanishka_sinha with wife, peeyush, prodizy  and my friend oooky . I missed bluesmoon who called me just at the time they were playing 'wish you here' at the Sports bar. code_martial sorely missed redobsession ... but from what I have been reading, seems to me they had a nice date! Me thinks, he wont be hitting on me anymore! *pouts*

So we came, we saw, we conquered. Err... Sorry... So freegeek spoke 6 sentences before he disappeared. eddd made fun of me before he disappeared. peeyush, prodizy & oooky said nothing. arthi only smiled (ok, she spoke, but had a prettier smile!). My favourites for the evening were kanishka and tiku who just too cool. (wait code_martial.. we shall get to you in a minute!). These guys are totally in love and I only feel like saying.. awww... thats so cute! tiku claims she is 18 and kanishka says he is 19. I say they are evergreen. They also brought life to the meet by being the other 'non-tecchie' people around. (And no eddd... being a foodie doesnt count in being non tecchie!). Last but not the least, we get to code_martial. This boy is as nice and sweet as he is good looking! (I am still hitting on hitesh  so dont get any ideas please!). And the best part is... HE TALKS!! Heh. Thats important you know. For all the 'tecchie' junta, who prefers to type, tahir gets my vote in being the most fun person to be with!

At the end of the post.. I wish what_silliness could have joined us. She wanted to, but got stuck in Santacruz. Also madusa. redobsession and aish11. (Come to think of it code_martial has had his share of fun flirting with all three mumbai women! :P.. who agrees?!)

So this is an obligatory post on yeaterdays LJ meet.. that I was anyways going to blog about but now have to, cause freegeek demands it!

Last December, I had my first and only LJ meet that was initiated by Jace and I am so glad that I had impulsively decided to call him and arrange to meet up with all of them. At that time, I knew no one except bluesmoon, who had introduced me to LJ.

So its nearly a year after which we decided to have an LJ meet. There were only three confirmed people - bluesmoon, freegeek and myself, but never the less we agreed to meet in Bandra. In the end, the total turnout was 5 people who all landed up battling tons of traffic and all that. New people met: redobsession and aish11.

Red, blue and me spoke a lot and Aish and geek spoke little.... (well, 5 lines se zyada bola re!). It is always nice to meet new people and you can always find people in common. I think we should do it again. And soon. Not wait till another year has passed.
